Qualifications:

  • Technical diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with over 8 years of experience in maintenance management
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with a minimum of 5 years in maintenance management

Essential Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

  • Familiarity with Siemens PLC systems, pneumatic and hydraulic systems, and mechanical frameworks
  • Experience in Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and team leadership
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SAP, and comprehension of Just-In-Time (JIT) manufacturing principles
  • Research and sourcing capabilities from vendors
  • Experience with Computer-Aided Design software
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline
  • Experience with PLC/PC programming and CAD applications
  • Strong teamwork and collaborative skills
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
