Job Title: Medical Technologist

We are seeking a skilled Medical Technologist to join our team at Supplemental Health Care. As a Medical Technologist, you will play a critical role in the diagnosis and treatment of patients by performing laboratory tests and analyzing results.

Job Summary:

As a Medical Technologist, you will be responsible for:

  • Performing laboratory tests on patient specimens to assist in detecting, diagnosing, and monitoring diseases
  • Collecting samples of fluids, tissues, and other substances from patients
  • Testing and analyzing samples and discussing findings with physicians
  • Working standing for extended periods of time
Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • American Society for Clinical Pathology (ASCP) Certification or American Medical Technologists (AMT) certification
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience
  • Experience as a Generalist, Blood Banking, Phlebotomy, Urinalysis, Hematology
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized individual
  • Demonstrable familiarity with complex medical equipment
  • Willingness to work weekends, evenings, and irregular hours
