Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patients
  • Provide direct patient care, including health history and physical examination, and convey findings to physicians
  • Coordinate patient appointments, assist with referrals to outside sources, and perform various nursing administrative duties
  • Act as a liaison and team leader, facilitating communication and coordination of care between patients, families, and health team members
Working Conditions

The Clinical Nurse Coordinator will work in a normal office environment with occasional exposure to blood-borne pathogens. Protective devices will be required. The position involves direct patient care and requires physical effort, including sitting, standing, walking, bending, and occasional lifting (25 lbs or less).

Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program with two years of nursing experience
  • Current RN licensure in the state of Missouri and/or Illinois, depending on location, in accordance with the Compact Act
  • Basic Life Support Certification or obtains certification within one month of employment
