Early Childhood Instructional Coach Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Early Childhood Instructional Coach to join our team at Bright Horizons Children's Centers. As an Instructional Coach, you will play a critical role in ensuring the implementation of our philosophy and foundational beliefs in all educational practices, including curriculum, inclusive and anti-bias education, and instructional practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide resources, support, guidance, performance coaching, modeling, training, observation, and feedback to teachers.
  • Use education quality tools to assess program and curriculum implementation, developing improvement plans when needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in early childhood education or related field highly preferred; Associate degree required with educational plan to complete Bachelor's degree.
  • At least three years of teaching experience in a high-quality program required, experience working in a NAEYC-accredited center strongly preferred.
  • At least three years of leadership, mentoring, or coaching experience required.
