Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Mental Health Therapist to provide vital counseling and therapy services to individuals, groups, and families at our esteemed medical facility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish Trusting Relationships with patients through empathetic and professional interactions.
  • Diagnose and Treat Mental Health Disorders by conducting comprehensive assessments and developing personalized treatment plans.
  • Provide Counseling and Therapy Services through leading therapy sessions, empowering patients to explore their emotions, develop coping strategies, and make positive changes in their lives.
  • Collaborate with Healthcare Professionals to ensure holistic and integrated care for our patients.
  • Conduct Ongoing Assessments of patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
  • Involve and Advise Family Members when appropriate.
Work Environment

As a contractor with XD Health, you will have the flexibility to work around your schedule, providing night and weekend appointment times. Services are provided through telehealth or at our local office, utilizing our shared office space.

Compensation and Benefits

This contractor position will be paid on a fee-for-service model, with pay periods from the 1st to the 13th and the 14th to the end of the month. The fee for service for outpatient therapy is $100 an hour, billed in 15-minute increments.

We offer a range of benefits, including an onboarding stipend, annual training stipend, and 100% reimbursement on approved items such as therapy posting boards.

Requirements
  • Education: Master's degree from an accredited school in social work, psychology, or counseling.
  • Certificates or Licenses: Valid independent clinical license from the State of Washington (LCSW, LMHT, LMHC).
