Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and sales-driven Body Sculpting/Esthetic Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our center operations, you will be responsible for performing all aspects of services, including selling and upgrading memberships, and maintaining a thriving Body Sculpting clientele through promotions and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform all aspects of services concerning our center operations
  • Sell and upgrade memberships
  • Maintain a thriving Body Sculpting clientele through promotions and follow-ups
  • Exceptional guest service and marketing through social media and community events
  • Continuing training and education of our products and services
  • Work closely with the Center Manager to achieve sales goals and maintain safety protocols
Requirements:
  • 3 years of sales experience with a high-volume service retailer or fitness center
  • Ability to work a minimum of 15-40 hours per week part time or full time on a flexible schedule
  • Exceptional time management skills, good judgment, and the ability to multi-task
  • Strong customer service skills, motivated and respectful, with a demonstrated ability to be coached by management
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with peers, managers, and customers
  • Computer knowledge including point-of-sale system, intranet, Microsoft office, and scheduling systems
  • A strong understanding of the social media space and ability to create content
