Job Description

Foxconn-PCE Technology is seeking a Server Sales Director to develop sales strategies and identify potential customers. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks in a remote environment and have the opportunity to display critical thinking skills to expand your career in Smart Manufacturing.

The Server Sales Director will build and maintain relationships with clients, negotiate contracts, manage a sales team, and track sales performance. Additionally, the Server Sales Director will assist the sales department as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop sales strategies to drive business growth
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Negotiate contracts to meet business objectives
  • Manage a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets
  • Track and analyze sales performance to inform business decisions
  • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase our offerings
  • Analyze market trends and sales data to inform business strategies
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field
  • Strong knowledge and experience in server sales
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
  • Experience in managing a sales team
  • Remote work experience
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
