We are seeking a skilled Bistro Server to join our team at Courtyard Richmond Airport.
Responsibilities:- Take guest orders and input them into our point-of-sale system in a timely and efficient manner.
- Respond to guest requests in a friendly and courteous manner.
- Ensure knowledge of our menu and promotions to provide excellent service.
- Retrieve and deliver food and beverage orders in a timely manner.
- Maintain a well-stocked serving station at all times.
- Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with company regulations.
- Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the meal service.
- Must be caring and compassionate.
- Must have a positive outlook and good problem-solving skills.
- Must maintain excellent attendance.
- Must be a team player.
- Maintain a neat and professional appearance.
