Soliant Education is seeking a highly motivated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in the Celina, TX area

This full-time, on-site position for the 2024-2025 school year offers the rewarding opportunity to provide evidence-based behavior intervention services to students across the entire K-12 spectrum.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) to identify the root causes of challenging behaviors exhibited by students at various developmental stages.
  • Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to promote positive behavior change and enhance student success in the classroom and school environment.
  • Provide training and support to teachers, paraprofessionals, and other school staff on effective behavior management strategies and positive reinforcement techniques.
  • Collaborate with general and special education teachers, administrators, and parents to ensure a cohesive approach to supporting students' social-emotional development and academic success.
  • Monitor student progress, collect and analyze data on behavior interventions, and make adjustments to plans as needed to maximize effectiveness.
  • Advocate for the use of data-driven, ethical, and evidence-based practices in behavior intervention within the school setting.
  • Stay up-to-date on best practices in ABA and participate in professional development opportunities to maintain expertise in supporting students with challenging behaviors.
Requirements:
  • Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Psychology, or a related field is preferred.
  • Prior experience working as a BCBA in a school setting, preferably across a K-12 caseload, is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with students, parents, and school staff.
  • Proficiency in data collection, analysis, and reporting.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet the diverse needs of students across the K-12 spectrum.
