- Delegate appropriate tasks to unlicensed personnel and provide required supervision.

- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of growth and development principles across the lifespan.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of practice.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification within 60 days of employment.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification within 30 days of employment.
- Nonviolent Crisis Intervention (NCI) certification within 90 days of employment.
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification within 60 days of employment.
