Key Responsibilities
  • Client Services: Provide individual psychosocial rehabilitation services to clients, including goal development, skill restoration, and support network establishment.
  • Assessment and Intervention: Identify and address client needs, provide crisis intervention, and develop effective coping strategies.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate and timely service documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans.
  • Team Collaboration: Participate in team meetings, trainings, and supervision to ensure cohesive service delivery.
  • Performance Improvement: Contribute to the agency's Performance Improvement initiative by identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, such as counseling, social work, or psychology.
  • Experience: 1+ year of experience in a mental health setting, preferably in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Licensure: Valid Louisiana driver's license and any required licensure for the position.
