Aesthetics Leadership Development and Marketing Expert

The Aesthetics Leadership Program Intern will play a key role in helping us achieve our mission by working on meaningful assignments that have a real impact on our business and patients worldwide. As an intern, you will join an integrated brand team focused on marketing, combining technical knowledge, analytical strength, and creative problem-solving skills.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop relationships and produce tools to help strengthen customer and consumer models in anticipation of product launches
- Work with an Aesthetics pipeline product and make recommendations on a sales forecast, driving incremental business for the Aesthetics brand team
- Play a role with the world's top-grossing aesthetics brands, Botox, CoolSculpting, SkinMedica, Juvderm, DiamondGlow, and more, providing perspective on the size and scope of the commercial opportunity along the patient journeys
- Research internal brands and external markets to bring innovative recommendations for marketing strategies, including new promotional and educational materials for key stakeholders, and omni-channel marketing strategies
Qualifications:
To qualify for this position, you must be currently enrolled in an accredited MBA program, preferably with an emphasis on marketing, consumer goods, or general management. You must also be enrolled in an accredited MBA program the semester following your internship and graduate between December 2025 and July 2026. At least three years of prior work experience are required, as well as a willingness to travel up to 15% during the internship (U.S. based).
Preferred qualifications include a cumulative GPA of 3.00 or higher, demonstrated leadership potential, strong analytical skills, excellent oral and written communication skills, and digital marketing experience.
