About the Role

Johnson Thermal Systems is seeking a skilled Sheet Metal Fabricator to join our team in Caldwell, ID. As a Fabrication Specialist, you will play a critical role in the assembly of our power packaging units, working closely with our manufacturing team to ensure high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare, fabricate, and cut metal products for assembly using various tools and machines, including presses, shears, saws, and lathes.
  • Operate specialized equipment and tooling for fabrication of stainless sheet metal products.
  • Set up and operate machinery, including circular saws and roll tables.
  • Clean and lubricate machines to ensure optimal performance.
  • Cross-train in welding and metalworking techniques as needed.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; 1-2 years' experience in manufacturing or construction preferred.
  • Experience with operating press brake/shear and forklifts a plus.
  • Strong math skills and ability to read tape measures and blueprints.
  • Knowledge of jobsite safety and ability to maintain a safe work environment.
  • Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
