Compensation and Employment Type

The compensation package includes $14-17/hour, with opportunities for flexible scheduling. Our team members enjoy competitive wages, a 401K plan with employer match, and ongoing paid training.

Job Description

  • Provides assistance with daily routine activities such as bathing, dressing, and feeding.
  • Cleans rooms and makes client beds.
  • Lights housekeeping duties.
  • Provides transportation to doctors' appointments, outside activities, and shopping.
  • Manages client laundry and linen changes.
  • Reminds clients of medication.
  • Prepares meals and cleans up after meals.

Our caregivers work closely with clients to provide personalized support, promoting independence and dignity in their daily lives.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates should have:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Personal care experience with others.
  • A genuine interest in working with seniors.
