We are looking for a dedicated Cashier/Server to become a vital part of our team. The Server is essential in delivering an exceptional dining experience to our guests.

You will engage with customers and provide insights about our menu offerings.

In this position, your responsibilities will include taking customer orders, suggesting food and beverage pairings, and ensuring cleanliness throughout the establishment, all while upholding a professional demeanor that encourages repeat visits.

The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, focused on customer satisfaction, and has a genuine passion for service.

Key Responsibilities:

Receive and process food and drink orders from patrons

Provide detailed information regarding menu items and preparation methods

Monitor foot traffic and engage customers with enticing samples of our delicious offerings

Engage in conversation during transactions to ensure customer satisfaction

Process orders and promote additional food and beverage selections

Welcome customers with a friendly demeanor and positive attitude

Perform cashier duties and assist with other tasks as directed by management

Qualifications:

Prior experience in a cashier or server role is preferred

Friendly and outgoing personality

Strong communication skills; bilingual in Spanish is a plus

Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including standing for extended periods and lifting items up to 25 lbs

Knowledge of food safety practices

Efficiently manage high-volume service periods

Adaptable to a fast-paced work environment

Responsible and trustworthy with cash handling

Willingness to learn and follow instructions

Compensation:
$15.00 per hour
