Cafe Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Cafe Associate to join our team at Sam's Club. As a Cafe Associate, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our members have a positive experience in our cafe.

• Prepare and serve high-quality food and beverages to our members
• Maintain a clean and organized cafe environment, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards
• Provide excellent customer service, responding to member needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner
• Work collaboratively with the cafe team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
• Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Food Service experience preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
