This LPN residency position provides direct care to assigned patients within the framework of the Licensed Practical Nurse Act under the direction of a Registered Nurse.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct and assist ancillary nursing staff with assigned duties
  • Interact with the multidisciplinary team and other personnel
  • Demonstrate professional responsibilities and assist other members of the healthcare team in providing the highest quality personalized patient care
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Experience working with and maintaining confidential information and working in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
  • Current LPN License in the state of practice
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification from the American Heart Association
Preferred Qualifications
  • IV Therapy Credentials
Work Environment

This position requires working in a patient care area, interacting with patients, and potentially being exposed to blood, body fluids, and tissue.
