Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Chief Nursing Officer in assessing, planning, coordinating, implementing, and evaluating nursing practice on a unit level.
  • Provide leadership and support to clinical staff, promoting high-quality patient care and competency development.
  • Cultivate effective relationships with interdisciplinary teams, driving resource management and optimizing patient outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Active, current RN licensure in the state of residence/practice.
  • 2+ years of progressive management experience in a hospital environment.
  • Proven leadership ability, excellent interpersonal skills, and role model for the nursing profession.
