Executive Director - Quick Service Restaurant

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Executive Director to lead our Quick Service Restaurant team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, improving operational efficiency, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, improve market share, and enhance customer loyalty.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee restaurant operations, ensuring seamless execution of daily tasks, and maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness.
  • Team Leadership: Hire, train, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Financial Management: Manage restaurant finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and controlling costs.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that every customer interaction is exceptional, resulting in high customer satisfaction and loyalty.
