Responsibilities:

  • Provide nursing care to residents, ensuring a safe and healthy environment
  • Develop assignments in coordination with care partners and ensure accountability for resident care and satisfaction
  • Collaborate with the care team to ensure seamless delivery of care
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance nursing skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • Current LPN/LVN licensure in the state of employment
