Mazda Parts Counter Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain accurate inventory records, including tracking stock levels and identifying areas for improvement.
- Utilize computer systems to look up and order parts for customers, ensuring timely delivery and minimizing errors.
- Collaborate with technicians and service advisors to ensure effective communication and seamless part delivery.
- Process customer orders efficiently, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize inventory management processes and improve overall efficiency.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in inventory management, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Strong computer skills and familiarity with inventory management software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Must be able to lift and move heavy items weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
