Job Description

At Ford Motor Company, we're looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our Supply Operations Team as a Supply Chain Risk Mitigator. As a key member of our Critical Supply Team, you will play a critical role in mitigating supply chain risk that could potentially impact our manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities
  • Assess complex supply chain issues and develop creative solutions to minimize vehicle production losses.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to resolve complex capacity constraints and eliminate potential plant disruptions.
  • Work with suppliers to assess schedules and impact on Ford's Vehicle Assembly and Powertrain production.
  • Summarize complex issues with resolutions and effectively communicate to leadership.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in Manufacturing Operations.
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Deep understanding of Supply Chain functions.
  • Ability to be flexible and work extended and non-core hours.
