About the Role

Xerox is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to join our OKC Manufacturing team. As a key member of our quality team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet both corporate and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement quality control systems to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Monitor production processes to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Evaluate products and suppliers to ensure quality and reliability.
  • Collaborate with departments to set quality assurance goals and objectives.
  • Conduct audits and inspections to identify non-compliance areas and implement corrective actions.
  • Train employees on quality control measures and procedures.
  • Analyze quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Resolve quality issues promptly and effectively.
  • Maintain documentation of quality control activities and procedural changes.
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of quality control procedures and relevant quality and ISO standards.
  • Analytical skills to analyze data and identify areas for improvement.
  • Effective communication skills to train and collaborate with team members.
  • Meticulous attention to detail to inspect products and processes.
