Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and maintain a range of agriculture equipment, including sprayers and spreaders, to ensure efficient and effective application of products.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist with agronomy, propane, and fuel operations, including data collection and analysis, to optimize product application and customer satisfaction.
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve business objectives and goals.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge in equipment operation, maintenance, and customer service.

Requirements
  • Strong work ethic and self-starting skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Some mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn about equipment operation and maintenance.
  • Able to lift up to 75 pounds and stand, sit, crawl, climb, and reach difficult areas as job demands.
  • Pass pre-employment physical and drug test.
  • Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver's license.
