Work Environment

The work environment for this position is fast-paced and dynamic, with frequent exposure to wet or humid conditions. The noise level is moderate, and the employee must be able to lift and move up to 25 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally.

Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Previous experience in cleaning and maintenance preferred.
  • Skills: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, excellent communication skills, and a strong attention to detail.
