Expeditor Assistant

The Expeditor role at Vince is a dynamic position that requires a customer service driven individual to support the management and sales staff in our retail stores.

The Expeditor is responsible for assisting with product and engaging with clients, as well as maintaining the housekeeping and visual standards of the store.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting sales team by assisting with product and engaging with clients.
• Assisting in Cash Wrap process.
• Maintaining the housekeeping and visual standards of the store.
• Assisting with replenishment, stock, and transfers.
• Processing fulfillment and Buy Online Pick Up In Store from sales.

Qualifications include:

• Prior experience in retail is preferred.
• A positive, high-energy, friendly, outgoing and engaging personality.
• Ability to lift, carry or otherwise move objects weighing up to 15 pounds when merchandising the sales floor and use ladders or stairs.

We're looking for a team member who can bring a Can-Do Attitude, Role Comprehension, Adaptability, and Effective Communicator skills to the Expeditor role.
