- Provide technical guidance and support to process engineers and development teams, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Ph.D. or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in process engineering and development, with a strong background in cell therapy and biotechnology.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards for cell therapy and biotechnology.
