Behavioral Health Front Office Representative

About the Role:
As a Behavioral Health Front Office Representative at BayCare Health System, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our front office. Your primary responsibility will be to greet, register, and check in patients, obtaining and updating their information as needed. You will also schedule patient appointments, assist with patient inquiries, and collect and post payments. Additionally, you will ensure the completion of all encounter documentation prior to check out and accept transfers from other facilities according to established guidelines.

Requirements:
High School or Equivalent
1 year – Office Related
Customer service, interpersonal, critical thinking
Written and verbal communication
Works independently and with a team
Organization, administrative and clerical skills
