Business Development Role Overview

As a Business Development Consultant at Caliber Healthcare Solutions, you will be responsible for driving new business development and securing new client relationships for our locum tenens division with a medical specialty focus.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and secure new client relationships through telephone, email, text, social media, and industry conferences.
  • Build and maintain a book of business with US healthcare organizations in various specialties.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver flawless execution and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients and prospects, demonstrating a deep understanding of their business needs.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction through quality metrics and client feedback.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years' experience in sales or a related field, including a minimum 2 years of sales experience.
  • Proven ability to initiate, develop, and grow C-level and senior relationships within target client organizations.
  • Expert sales acumen, critical thinking skills, solution-oriented approach, and executive presence.
  • Ability to adapt to a demanding business environment with changing priorities and perform outstanding work under compressed time pressures.
  • Proficient in organizational skills and able to handle multiple tasks independently.

Travel Requirements

Up to 5-10% annual travel required.

Proven strong phone, written, and verbal communication skills.
