About the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Pediatric Speech Therapist to join our team at a Pediatric Therapy Clinic in Alaska.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and assess levels of swallowing, speech, and language difficulty in pediatric patients.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address specific functional needs.
  • Teach patients and their families how to make sounds, improve voices, and maintain fluency.
  • Help individuals improve sentence structure and vocabulary used in written and oral language.
  • Work with patients to develop and strengthen muscles used for swallowing.
  • Counsel individuals and families on ways to cope with swallowing and communication disorders.
Requirements
  • Active State License as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
Benefits
  • Competitive salary range of $80,000 - $115,000 per year or $55 - $63 per 45-minute client session, depending on experience.
  • Full-time position with 12 paid holidays, 2 wellness days, and 3 CEU days.
  • Malpractice insurance, health, dental, and vision insurance, and AFLAC Cafeteria Plan.
  • Sign-on bonus of $3000 - $10,000, depending on experience.
