Responsibilities- Evaluate and assess levels of swallowing, speech, and language difficulty in pediatric patients.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address specific functional needs.
- Teach patients and their families how to make sounds, improve voices, and maintain fluency.
- Help individuals improve sentence structure and vocabulary used in written and oral language.
- Work with patients to develop and strengthen muscles used for swallowing.
- Counsel individuals and families on ways to cope with swallowing and communication disorders.
- Active State License as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Competitive salary range of $80,000 - $115,000 per year or $55 - $63 per 45-minute client session, depending on experience.
- Full-time position with 12 paid holidays, 2 wellness days, and 3 CEU days.
- Malpractice insurance, health, dental, and vision insurance, and AFLAC Cafeteria Plan.
- Sign-on bonus of $3000 - $10,000, depending on experience.
