Job Responsibilities: Our speech therapists are responsible for screening, evaluating, and treating patients with quality care and compassion. They enhance communication, cognitive-linguistic abilities, and swallowing skills of patients, create plans of care, and provide education and instruction to patients and family members. They also maintain open and ongoing communication with peers to ensure patient needs are met and complete accurate and timely documentation of observations and evaluations.

Skills and Qualifications: We are seeking a speech therapist with a Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology, certification/licensure in the state of practice, and a minimum of 2 years' experience working as a speech therapist. Home health experience is preferred, and the ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and communicate verbally and in writing is essential. A valid driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable automobile are also required. Working Environment: Our speech therapists work indoors in agency offices and patient homes/care facilities, and travel to and from patients is required. *Sign-on Bonus: To be paid out on the first paycheck with a two-year commitment.
