About the Role:

At Sternberg Collision Center, we are seeking a skilled Collision Center Technician to support our team in providing exceptional customer service and quality repairs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in collision centers and past dealership experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Determine and Repair Damaged Parts: Identify and repair damaged parts to ensure vehicles are restored to their original condition.
  • Communicate Effectively: Clearly communicate with the body shop manager and parts department to obtain necessary parts and documents all repairs performed.
  • Document Repairs: Maintain accurate records of repairs, including materials used and procedures followed.
  • Maintain a Clean Workspace: Ensure the work area is clean and organized to promote efficiency and safety.
  • Comply with Regulations: Understand and follow federal, state, and local regulations, including hazardous waste disposal.
Requirements:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: Past dealership experience and collision center experience are required.
  • Skills: Strong communication and organizational skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and clean driving record with a valid driver's license.
