About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Guitar Craft Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments, as well as assisting with inventory management.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments
• Assist in maintaining store inventory
• Develop knowledge and skills in product, store operations, sales, and leadership
• Train learners effectively and communicate information and techniques

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

• Skilled understanding of repairing guitars
• Foundational product knowledge on Guitar Center products
