Position Overview:
This role involves significant contributions to the Global Finance sector, focusing on both SAP ECC and S4 environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage in collaborative efforts with various stakeholders, including Product, Business, Functional, and Technical Teams.
  • Participate in both small and large-scale projects, assisting in the resolution of incidents.

The EBS Finance TECH team is dedicated to enhancing customer experiences across our diverse range of services, including groceries, entertainment, and crafts. Our mission is to empower team members and merchants through innovative technology solutions.

Core Duties:

  • Become an integral part of a rapidly expanding Finance Technology team, leveraging your technological, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Contribute to the growth and development of team members, fostering a culture of excellence.

Essential Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, coupled with a minimum of 10 years of experience in software engineering.
  • Proficient in SAP development using ABAP on HANA and S/4, with at least 4 years of experience in SAP S4.
  • Experience in ABAP and S4 programming within FICO modules.
  • Extensive background in SAP support and Green Field implementations, exceeding 4 years.
  • Hands-on experience with Application Programming on SAP S/4HANA, including ABAP RESTful Application Programming Model and OData services.
  • Knowledge of Interface Development, CDS Views, and AMDP methods, along with AIF Framework.
  • Familiarity with SAP technologies such as SAPUI5, Fiori, CAP, and SAP BTP Services is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated experience leading development projects in an agile/Scrum environment.
  • Ability to interpret functional specifications to create technical specifications.

Additional Skills:
Experience with Master Data systems MDG-F/MDG-S is a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and engage in medium to large-scale projects by analyzing project requirements and translating them into technical solutions.
  • Collaborate with product management, project management, business, and user experience teams to drive project success.
  • Prepare necessary documentation and secure cross-functional approvals.
  • Participate in technical design decisions and mentor team members.
  • Support business operations by working closely with SAP Functional teams, conducting technical research, and debugging code.
  • Oversee the work of small engineering teams, including offshore associates, by providing guidance and resources.
  • Analyze business requirements and artifacts from the scrum process, working in an agile development environment.
  • Collaborate across various teams to ensure commitment to team success and positive dynamics.
  • Demonstrate a passion for developing technical skills in service to customers, with experience in SCRUM and Extreme Programming methodologies.
