Job Summary:The Director of Early Childhood will be responsible for providing leadership and direction to the Early Childhood Program, ensuring the highest quality of education possible for all students. The successful candidate will have a strong background in education, administrative experience, and a proven track record of success in leading educational programs.
Responsibilities:- Provide leadership and direction to the Early Childhood Program
- Develop and implement educational programs that meet the needs of all students
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to ensure the success of all students
- Manage and supervise staff, including teachers, paraprofessionals, and support staff
- Develop and manage budgets, including personnel, materials, and facilities
- Master's degree from an accredited four-year college or university
- Valid New Jersey School Administrator or Principal Certificate
- Minimum of five (5) years of successful teaching experience
- Administrative experience in a K-12 district preferred
