Job Overview

Pain Care Physicians PA is seeking a highly skilled Medical Scribe to join our team. As a Medical Scribe, you will play a critical role in gathering and documenting patient information for our healthcare providers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Document Patient Visits: Accurately record patient interactions, including medical histories, treatment plans, and test results.
  • Collaborate with Healthcare Providers: Work closely with doctors and other healthcare staff to ensure comprehensive and accurate patient documentation.
  • Manage Electronic Health Records: Utilize electronic health records systems to document patient information and maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Communicate Effectively: Interact professionally with patients, doctors, and healthcare staff to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative duties as required, including data entry and record management.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Previous experience as a Medical Scribe or in a similar role preferred.
  • Skills: Strong computer and transcription skills, ability to take detailed notes, and accurate documentation.
  • Qualities: Highly organized, excellent time-management skills, and ability to work well under pressure.
