CULINARY SUPERVISOR - HOURLY (FULL-TIME)
We are currently seeking a full-time CULINARY SUPERVISOR - HOURLY to oversee food service operations.
Location: Southeast Georgia Health System
Schedule: Full-time; availability required for mornings, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Qualifications: Previous experience in culinary or food service is preferred.
Incentives: A $250 SIGN-ON BONUS is available after 90 days of employment. Additional benefits include discounts on travel and lodging.

Job Overview:
The Culinary Supervisor is responsible for managing food service staff in compliance with established policies and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Train and mentor team members; assign tasks and evaluate performance.
- Manage inventory and purchasing to minimize waste and ensure product availability.
- Utilize approved recipes and production standards to maintain quality and portion control.
- Ensure proper operation and sanitation of kitchen equipment.
- Label and store food items according to safety guidelines to reduce spoilage.
- Adhere to HACCP protocols to guarantee food safety.
- Engage with customers during meal service to gather feedback.
- Perform additional duties as required.
