Job Description

Albiware is a cloud-based platform that empowers restoration contractors to leverage innovative technology by making it simple and accessible.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop cloud-based software solutions using C# and object-oriented design principles.
  • Work with ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET Web API, and ORM (e.g. Entity Framework, Dapper) to build scalable and efficient software systems.
  • Collaborate with the team to architect solutions and data models that meet the needs of our clients.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality software code, following best practices and industry standards.
  • Participate in Agile development methodology and contribute to the growth and success of the company.
Requirements
  • Proficient in C# and object-oriented design.
  • Knowledge of ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET Web API, and ORM (e.g. Entity Framework, Dapper).
  • Familiarity with Microsoft SQL Server and writing SQL queries.
  • Experience with Javascript development, concepts, and frameworks.
  • Experience using NuGet Package Manager.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or 4+ years of web development experience.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with Azure, AWS, or Rackspace Cloud.
  • Experience with Confluence and/or JIRA.

Albiware reaches out to certain candidates for quick phone calls to gather additional information – these usually last about 10 minutes and are scheduled in advance and according to your schedule.

After the phone screen, candidates that are selected to proceed in the process will do a video or in-person interview.

Decisions can be made after second-round interviews. In some instances, third-round in-person interviews are held at our office in Downers Grove, IL.
