About the RoleThis production leadership role involves supervising frontline associates in the production of dry pet food. Key responsibilities include empowering team members through coaching, mentoring, training, and recognition; promoting a culture of standards emphasizing safety, quality, and efficient delivery; and ensuring products meet quality key check points and GMP guidelines.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you should have a High School Diploma or GED equivalent and 2+ years of experience leading people in a manufacturing, industrial, military, or related environment. Prior to factory startup, you must be willing to travel approximately 50% for training purposes.
