Job Title: Clerk-Compliance

About the Role:

Ninos Inc is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Clerk-Compliance to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Family Services Coordinator, ensuring the smooth operation of our programs.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with documentations, files, and report verification
  • Schedule and prepare flyers for parent meetings and ongoing trainings
  • Support with content area forms and data entry
  • Recruit volunteers and coordinate fundraising projects
  • Prepare handouts for parent meetings and supply content area forms to centers
  • Attend training sessions and conferences as requested
  • Monitor parent meetings and maintain a system of organization
  • Develop and maintain relationships with supportive agencies and institutions
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 3 years of experience with clerical duties
  • Superior computer skills in Microsoft Windows environment and Office Suite
  • Ability to speak, read, and write English
  • First Aid/CPR certification a plus

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bilingual ability or willingness to learn
  • Local resident of Cameron or Willacy County
  • Sensitivity to the needs of the poor and disadvantaged
