Job Overview

H O BOSTROM CO INC is seeking a skilled Production Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating laser and brake press machines, ensuring efficient and timely production of parts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program and operate high-speed laser cutting machine, loading and unloading materials as required
  • Nest programs and move raw material, including the potential to drive a fork lift
  • Inspect raw material to ensure conformance to specifications and maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
  • Install and secure punches and dies, adjust ram stroke and back gauging to properly form parts
  • Inspect parts using measuring tools and confirm adherence to safety procedures and practices
Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED
  • One year experience with programming, setup, and operation of a production laser and/or brake press (or machine operation equivalent)
  • Forklift certified, preferred

We offer a competitive salary range of $40,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience, in addition to benefits and opportunities for growth and development. If you are a motivated and detail-oriented individual with excellent mechanical skills, we encourage you to apply.
