As a Production Supervision Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our fabrication team to ensure safe, efficient, and productive operation of our facilities. The estimated annual salary for this position is $51,200 - $62,400, based on an hourly rate of $24.50 + $2.50/hr shift premium. Opportunities for overtime pay are also available.

Key responsibilities of this role include:
  • Overseeing the planning, control, and motivation of team members to meet customer requirements/order rates
  • Ensuring the Lean production process is running as designed
  • Meeting Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Inventory goals

Successful candidates must have a high school diploma or GED from an accredited institution, minimum 1 year of experience working in a manufacturing environment at Eaton or minimum of 3 years in a manufacturing environment outside of Eaton, and be able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and in the future.
