University HealthCare Alliance is seeking a skilled Diagnostic Imaging Specialist to join our team. As a Diagnostic Imaging Specialist, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality diagnostic imaging services to our patients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Diagnostic Imaging Services: Conduct diagnostic medical sonography examinations to assist physicians in diagnosing and treating patients.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Ensure that ultrasound equipment is functioning accurately and perform quality control procedures to maintain optimal levels.
  • Patient Care: Prepare exam rooms and ultrasound equipment to conduct sonography examinations, and ensure patient safety and comfort during the examination.
  • Communication: Establish and maintain collaborative working relationships with co-workers, administrators, and members of the healthcare team.
Requirements:
  • Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Ability to read, write, and comprehend instructions, correspondence, and memos; superior patient care and communication skills; ability to effectively present information to individuals and groups.
  • Physical Demands and Work Conditions: Occasional sitting, constant walking, standing, and bending; frequent squatting, climbing, and grasping; occasional lifting of 40+ pounds.
