Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavioral Health Specialist to provide home-based ABA services to individuals with autism. The ideal candidate will have experience in behavioral health, reliable transportation, and fluency in Spanish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement behavior intervention plans as directed by the supervisor
  • Collect data on individual behaviors during sessions
  • Assist in the development of care plans and goals
  • Provide behavioral therapy to individuals with autism
  • Help individuals with activities of daily living (ADLs)
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical documentation and records
  • Utilize behavior management techniques effectively
Requirements
  • Prior experience in special education or behavioral health is preferred
  • Familiarity with medical documentation and medical records
  • Knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques
  • Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder
  • Ability to follow care plans and behavioral intervention strategies
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a team
