Maintenance Director Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Director to join our team at Apartment Services, Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will oversee the maintenance and repair of our properties, ensuring that they are safe and well-maintained for our residents.

About the Role:
  • This is a full-time position with a salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
  • You will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and other building systems.
  • As part of your duties, you will inspect properties regularly to identify potential issues and plan repairs or maintenance.
  • With 3 years of prior maintenance and supervisory experience, you have extensive knowledge of building systems such as plumbing, electrical, and HVAC.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office or similar software, experience with Yardi Systems is preferred.
