Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Surgery Partners as a Pre-Operative Recovery Nurse. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a brand new Ambulatory Surgery Center, still in the construction phase. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work remotely from home for the first 30-60 days, assisting the ASC Administrator with the startup of the center.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the provision of nursing care to patients in an Ambulatory Surgical Center setting.
- Assume total responsibility for patient care in accordance with physician's orders and center policies.
Requirements:
- Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing; current state RN License.
- CPR certification required.
- ACLS certification required.
- Minimum one year of experience in pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative surgical patient care.
- Pharmacy experience preferred.
