IMEG Corp is expanding, and we are currently in search of a Senior Mechanical Engineer 3.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the comprehensive design process across various projects, regardless of size.
- Make significant decisions and provide recommendations with minimal guidance from senior management.
- Coordinate design efforts, mentor junior engineers, and delegate tasks to design personnel.
- Assess project staffing needs, troubleshoot issues, and prepare detailed reports.
- Participate in project meetings, engage with clients, and develop proposals and presentations.
- Establish, nurture, and enhance client relationships.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- In-depth knowledge of design methodologies, tools, principles, materials, and techniques.
- Leadership qualities with the ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Building Information Modeling (BIM) software.
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechanical Technology with a minimum of 18 years of relevant experience.
- Alternatively, a minimum of 23 years of relevant experience without a bachelor's degree.
