Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Worker to join our team at Allcor Staffing. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse and the timely delivery of goods to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.
  • Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to company standards.
  • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Assist in cycle counts and inventory management to ensure accurate stock levels.
  • Follow all company safety protocols and procedures.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required.
  • Ability to operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts (certification preferred).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to lift, move, and carry up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic math skills and ability to read and interpret packing lists and labels.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and overtime as needed.
  • Valid Driver's License
