Aviation Inventory Specialist

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Aviation Inventory Specialist to join our team at StandardAero. As an Aviation Inventory Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and controlling inventory levels, ensuring timely delivery of purchases, and resolving discrepancies. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and reports, and providing data to technical staff to support purchasing decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and control inventory levels, ensuring timely delivery of purchases
- Resolve discrepancies and maintain accurate records and reports
- Provide data to technical staff to support purchasing decisions
- Interface with vendors, staff, and management to resolve issues and provide guidance
- Recommend enhancements to material planning systems
Requirements
- University bachelor degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in inventory or manufacturing environment
- Strong planning, organizational, analytical, negotiation, interpersonal, decision making, oral and written communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, especially Excel
- Experience with data collection and analysis tools, preferably Power BI
