Role Responsibilities:
The ICU Float Pool Registered Nurse will provide high-quality care to a diverse patient population across various specialty units, including Surgical ICU, Neurovascular ICU, and Cardiovascular ICU. This position allows for the development of advanced nursing skills while working collaboratively with a team of dedicated healthcare professionals.

Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:
  • A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is required.
  • A minimum of three years of experience in an ICU or acute care hospital setting.
  • A valid Texas RN License or Compact License.
  • Current BLS and ACLS certifications from an accredited provider.
